HARARE – A book chronicling the life of First Lady Grace Mugabe in pictures was bought for $50 000 by Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries founder Prophet Walter Magaya after he outbid other potential buyers.
The bids for the book started at $5 000 during the First Lady’s 50th birthday celebrations gala and fund-raising dinner held at the First Family’s home in Borrowdale, Harare, on Saturday evening and spilled into the early hours of yesterday.
The book is titled “Amai Dr Grace Mugabe at 50″ and has pictures depicting the various stages of the First Lady’s life.
Prophet Magaya said he was happy to meet the First Family and he would continue to support the First Lady’s philanthropic work. During his crusade in Botswana recently, Prophet Magaya indicated that it was his wish to meet President Mugabe.
