Prophet Uebert Angel’s father, Mr Sam Mudzanire is expected to be buried today in Zaka.
A memorial service was held yesterday in Harare and Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa, delivered a moving sermon. He read the word from 1st Thessalonians 4 VS 13 where Apostle Paul, reminds those who have lost loved ones not be ignorant concerning those that are asleep in Christ.
He said “we cannot mourn and be sad as if he is lost to us for we know that our father is only sleeping.
Our father has taken off his work-suit which, is his body but the morning will come and he will rise and we will see him, and we will be able to speak with him again.
Prophet Makandiwa, added that the death of a Christian like Uebert Angel’s father is graduating to a greater glory having fought the good fight of faith.
Accompanied by his wife Ruth, Prophet Makandiwa, spoke of the many private moments he spent with the late S.K as the Angel family fondly calls him.
Among those who attended the service included veteran gospel singer Mechanic Manyeruke, politicians, various prominent business people, church leaders, The Good News Church
members, UFIC members as well as family and friends.
