Sipho Makhabane set for UK show with Reverend TT Chivaviro

Top South African gospel artiste, Sipho Makhabane will be performing at the Ebenezer Gospel Concert in Birmingham, United Kingdom on September 24 together with an array of other talented musicians.

Nehanda Radio can confirm that Makhabane will be arriving in the UK on September 22 ahead of the concert that will be held at the Piccadilly Banqueting Suite in Birmingham following a track titled Ebenezer he collaborated with Reverend TT Chivaviro.

The Concert Operations Manager, Anesu Muyambi said Makhabane would perform alongside other artistes like Rev Chivaviro and Godfrey Mondlane.

He added that all supporting acts including Angie Lindiwe, The Annointed UK, Laz and Gettie –Tehillah Praise, Nkosi Ka Ndlovu, Derick Maphosa and Timothy Ngwenya were also ready to give vibrant performances on the day.

In a recorded live telephone interview with Ebenezer Gospel Promotions Director, Timothy Ngwenya, Makhabane promised to give the guests the best show of his life. He also said it would be his first performance in the UK and God had a reason for this.

Sipho advised guests to come wearing flat shoes because there would be dancing throughout the show and he thanked his UK fans for supporting him over the years and for that he would deliver as expected.

The South African gospel music star has won many accolades in his music career and is also is proud to have mentored about 10 gospel artists to date and said it was by the grace of God.

Moreover, Rev TT Chivaviro (the husky voice) who has produced 10 albums and has won many accolades in as many years said he was excited to be back in UK to minister to people through gospel music with Ebenezer-Tiri Munyasha which has become a gospel anthem to many Christians.

Godfrey Mondlane said he was also excited to be part of this exciting gospel concert and he would also give a performance beyond people’s expectations.

Muyambi added that the concert organizers, Ebenezer Gospel Promotions were currently finalising the concert itinerary and a great amount of work had already been invested in putting this event together.

“Ebenezer Gospel Promotions are looking forward to delivering to you a gospel experience of exceptional high quality music; as well as interactive and creative live acts by the high profile artists.”

He added that tickets were currently being sold at a range of £20 to £45 on www.eventbrite.com and all online ticket purchases would end on the midnight of Tuesday September 20; while hardcopy tickets are being sold across the UK by their various agents and interested people could get more information from the numbers being circulated on flyers, Facebook as well as some Zimbabwean and South African Shops.

Muyambi furthermore advised that door tickets would be available on the day at a higher price so people were being advised to purchase them before the event.

He said there would be express entry thus no queuing and guests would be entitled to a free beverage as well as selfies with the guest artistes provided early arrival.
