A Harare Manager is in hot soup over allegations that he molested his female subordinate.
37-year-old ,Nyasha Chinyama allegedly fondled his workmate’s boobs, her butt and forced her to reciprocate by stroking his charged manhood.
Chinyama is now facing charges of indecent assault and is out on bail to June 4.
The court heard that on January 25 around 11pm, the complainant and Chinyama were both on weekend shift and the former was cleaning a carpet.
Chinyama then approached her with his zip wide open brandishing his manhood.
The court heard that Chinyama went on to take the complainant’s hand forcing her to play with his privates before he began to touch her breast and buttocks.
On May 3, around 8am, Chinyama pulled down the complainants skirt before he started to kiss her and touched her breasts. Chinyama then threatened to terminate her contract if she turned down his love request
