The Zimbabwe women soccer team, the Mighty Warriors have lost 2-1 to Cameroon in a final Olympic qualifier first leg match played in Yaoundé today.
The girls gave a good account of themselves considering that they only camped for three days and arrived in Cameroon in the early hours of the match day.
The Mighty Warriors put up a brave fight and were one nil up going into the half time courtesy of a Rudo Neshamba 6th minute goal.
Cameroon drew level in the 69th minute, before they wrapped up their victory in the 81st minute.
Having scored an away goal, the Mighty Warriors have everything to play for in the second leg which is in two weeks time. ZBC
