There is no doubt that 30-year old Ugandan Billionaire, Hammis Kiggundu is a wealthy man. It is reported that the youngest Billionaire whose net worth stands at Ksh21 Billion which translates to Ush730 Billion with investments all over Uganda including Ham Towers in Makerere and Ham Shopping Mall in Nakivubo.

Mr Kiggundu popularly known as Ham, came from a wealthy family of eight. In 2009, his father divided property among his six children and Ham got one of the many buildings they owned. He then decided to mortgage it and acquired a better property.

This was his first step towards building an empire he runs now. Though not from a very humble beginning, the tycoon is said to have invested wisely and reaps benefits from the decisions he made in his twenties.
