Amanda Lepore is no stranger to the plastic surgeon’s scalpel. It is no wonder she has been dubbed the woman with the most expensive body on earth.

The 47 year socialite, model, brand ambassador and recording artist was born Armand Lepore and underwent a sex change at the age of 19.

Amanda as she is now known has had three breast augmentations, butt implants and an extreme surgery where she has had her bottom rib removed in order to have a smaller waist. The surgery is illegal in the USA and she admits to having it performed in Mexico. It is rumored that pop diva Cher had the same procedure.  

Amanda has had multiple minor surgeries such as lip injections, fillers, Botox, a nose job, a forehead lift and had her hairline lowered.

In an interview with Into The Gloss magazine Amanda opened up about herself and her earlier experiences. She confessed that she always felt like a girl. On her bio in her blog Lepore quotes photographer David LaChapelle who is one of her long time mentors.

“Amanda has no interest in being a girl,” he said.  “She wants to be a drawing of a girl, a cartoon like Jessica Rabbit. When I told her that silicone is dangerous, she said, ‘I don’t care, as long as I look beautiful in the coffin’".

Amanda has certainly left her mark and earned her title of the most expensive body in the world. She gets paid to attend parties and has been a brand ambassador for a  lot of brands including M.A.C
