DANCEHALL star Winky D says he embraces haters as they give him strength to compose better songs.The singer,who scooped the Best Song Award with the song Disappear and People’s Choice Award, said haters revive his efforts.
He made the statements in his message thanking his fans for their continued support,which has continued to propel him to greater heights.
The Gafa posted on his Facebook:
“Greetings to all loving Zimbabweans.Special mention goes to all the Ninjas and Gafas who have rallied to my works from inception.’Those who have tried to fight the movement also deserve recognition in that they always revived our efforts as we scaled up the energy required to make our works survive the distance
“A strong is remembered on the day of the fight and I would like to express my hearty appreciation to you all for seeing us through two Nama awards in the Best Song Award where Disappear was accoladed as the best for the past year.
“Your votes in the People’s Choice Award proved more than for anyone else therefore landing us the People’s Choice Award making them two Ninja Gafas NAMAS.
“My heart is over flown with gratitude and so please accept these words which are a far cry from how great my gratitude is to you.Gafa Kusvika Ndafa.”
