Allegations: PHD Ministries not a good place to work??

Days before his birthday all ministry workers were ordered to pledge for Magaya’s birthday by overseer Mango. Everyone was forced to stand up and say aloud the money he was going to pay within two days.

If that person is being paid by PHD or those who work there full time,They were expected to pay more than $100 and ‘aitaura iripasi’ Mango would humiliate the person and throw him out.

At first I thought it was Mango’s idea only but to my surprise Magaya had planned this all along. Full time workers at PHD pledged money more than their salary in fear of being humiliated by Mango.

The issue has taken a new twist because some couldn't pay as they were waiting for their envelopes (salary). Magaya is so cruel that in a recent meeting he said everyone who did not pay his birthday pledge should not be given pay for 3 months.

Which man of God would do that? I remember last time yaakaramwa mari in front of his congregants on fathers’ day achiti ishoma and it didnt suit him considering how much he gives them.

My question is does Magaya give to be given? Why does he demand the salary he pays his workers back by force using his tricks?

Ministry Workers and PHD employees you work abnormal hours everyone knows that, What have you gained besides increased poverty? Maparty amunoitirwa ekupihwa nyama is that worth it,Are you working for food???

It really hurts me knowing how much you sacrifice for PHD and Magaya only sees you as kids. Vese vanoshanda kumaoffice this is just a,warning if you havent paid your papa’s birthday pledge no pay for you for the coming 3 months.

Remember he has to pay for his girlfriends rent, vasikana vekuprospect and newspapers so 3 months no pay.
