Overzealous Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS) officials today barred MDC leader, Morgan Tsvangirai from visiting detained pro-democracy activists currently detained at Chikurubi maximum Security Prison.

When he pulled out his identity card to enter the premises like other ordinary visitors during that visiting hour, the officials simply shut their gate and prevented him and his delegation from exercising their rights like everyone else.
