This happened in Assam, India. The guy who posted it on twitter didn't give much details, only said "Ugandan women are tortured, raped, humiliated and killed without help in Middle East Countries".
Human rights organisations need to investigate this, if indeed it happened the perpetrators must face the wrath of the law. This is the highest level of barbarism and should be condemned outright.
