Prophet Magaya |
In democratising their faith, Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries prayer partners thronged the historic house belonging to Prophet Magaya’s parents and took with them soil and guava tree leaves on Saturday.
The prayer partners got the opportunity to visit the place that gave birth to PHD ‘miraculous powers’ that have taken him beyond the country.
“Zvangu Zvaita na Prophet MAGAYA. I heard about this place from testimonies shared by people from Seke and I longed to reach the place where miracles started.
“I believe my problem has been solved ” said one of the prayer partners holding soil she collected from the house.
Magaya’s neighbours thronged the place shouting on top of their voices to draw his attention and he gave them his ears and met their needs that include school fees for their children and payment for rentals.
Magaya was in Chitungwiza accompanying his wife Tendai who was distributing food hampers to 800 elderly people at Young Africa Hall in Unit L. Addressing the elderly people MAGAYA urged them to impart the spirit of unity and dignity that had taken them this far.
“It is disheartening that our children are dying at a tender age and I want you our elders to seek God and pray for the young children as well as me so that I continue in this grace given to me until I finish the race.
“I will always remember you since it is in this suburb that God ordained me to do this ministry and it started in a house and I remember well people being healed and receiving deliverance after laying my hands on them.
“Most miracles that gave birth to PHD and I want you to continue praying for me and the prayer partners who are with us today. They are the ones who grasped the vision of this ministry and are here to meet you , share with you about my life and most of them I heard that they are here to see muguava weminana nemukotapeya wenhamo.
“I will allow them to visit the place after helping all the elderly here to receive these Food hampers and i am sure every elderly person here will leave the place with a food hamper ,” said Prophet MAGAYA .
One of the beneficiaries Gogo Francisca Jacha 63, of Unit L thanked Prophet MAGAYA wishing him and his wife many more years ” let God give them more years, I am happy with their ministry of giving and I wish if this spirit of giving be in many people for it shows God’s love and unity ,” said Gogo Francisca after receiving her hamper from Tendai MAGAYA .
Kombi operators and food vendors cashed in on Prophet MAGAYA’s visit as they recorded brisk business. PHD PRAYER PARTNERS caused traffic jams along Chitungwiza road on their way from Waterfalls where they were holding a church service.
Meanwhile, Prophet MAGAYA is expected in Tanzania by the end of November for his third international crusade following the success of Botswana and South Africa tours. H Metro
