Looks like we won't be referring to Khloé Kardashian the "estranged" wife of Lamar Odom any longer. The couple have called off their divorce, TMZ reports, both signing a petition (Lamar from his hospital bed at Cedars Sinai) that Kardashian's divorce lawyer presented to the judge on Tuesday.
As previously reported, Kardashian and Odom's divorce was finalized except for the fact that the judge hadn't gotten around to officially signing off on it. That loophole meant that, as his still-legal wife, Khloé has been in charge of Odom's medical decisions during his recovery from a nearly-fatal drug overdose.
From all accounts, Khloé has been doing an amazing job and has stayed by Odom's side through the entire ordeal, even flying with him on the helicopter that airlifted him from Sunshine Hospital in Las Vegas to Cedars Sinai, closer to the Kardashians and the home he and Khloé once shared.
Sources have reported that Khloé has decided to stay with Lamar though his recovery, and now it seems like they're truly giving their marriage a second chance. The reality star even ended her relationship with NBA player James Harden in the midst of the crisis.
While the Kardashians are facing their fair share of backlash for monopolizing the narrative around Odom's crisis and recovery, it's hard not to feel warm and fuzzy thinking about these two — among the most genuine couples reality TV has ever seen — renew their love.
